Hello! After I got my new PF IR Receiver and 2 XL-Motors, I wanted to make the 8294 Excavator (the red one in 2009) Remote Controlled! Sorry, I do NOT have Pic's right NOW, BUT I will have them ASAP! I used 2 XL motors for the drive, and the M motor for the boom controls. It, sadly, is NOT fully R/C (yet?).
